"The driver and company was simply outstanding. I had a personal update from both the driver and the director of the company prior to pick up at a rural wedding venue checking in with the situation as to whether or not to delay the arrival time as to spend more time at the festivites which was a very nice touch. The driver turned up at the re-arranged time with no issue, and it was a smooth clean ride back into town. Will definitely be using Phoenix Ground Transport again in the Midlands! :)"

"It was not the driver's fault that she was late. She received a very last minute request and had to drive from Bristol to Exeter to pick me up. She then made very good time and I had no problems catching my flight in Heathrow ."
